Dancing and weight. Oh Kelley... I fought that battle for years myself and cigarettes helped me. My dancing diet: Nothing to eat until 1pm, a soda and a candy bar for lunch, a bite of whatever for dinner. I was in college then. Fought the weight, fought the dieting, fought to stay healthy. When I finally was able to find a weight that I could maintain and still look okay in leotard and tights, I was told that to be professional I'd have to loose 10 #. Couldn't do it without completely wrecking myself. Now I'm a Realtor! :-)

Quit smoking, gained 10 pounds. Had kids gained a few more. Got lazy gained a whole lot more! And here I am. :-)

Nice to see you here, kinda, if you know what I mean... :)

Hey Kelley, I swam competitively in high school and just started back. After just being in the pool a few times, technique is creeping in. With time and conditioning I know I'll be a lot happier in the water and I suspect you'll feel the same with your dancing.
