12/5/08 - Weighed in today. Keeping that on a Excel Spreadsheet. Ate okay. Probably not enough. Played racquetball 1 good hour (and won both games!) Goal is to lose 25lbs by Feb 1. (16lbs is 2lbs per week.)
1/3/09 - Wow, guess I neglected this page. Just to update you all, I'm not doing as well as I wanted, as far as losing weight, but during the holidays there are too many distractions called desserts and fried food. I'm done about 5 or 6 lbs since 12/5, but really kicked myself into high gear this week. I just hope the motivation continues. Still playing racquetball and now walking. Already walked 4.5 miles this morning. I started a blog about my journey too and didn't plan on sharing it with anyone until my weight went down further, but hoping this can be used as a motivational tool. Huck, I wish I could play racquetball still, but I get bad tennis elbow. I love the sport, though....dang, you got me jonesing to play a game, even if my elbow will hurt for a week!

Keep playing racquet ball twice a day for two months any you should do ok! I used to play the game and wish I still could.
